Varnished doors

Chroma is the saturation of a color in colorometry. The spray painting process - popularly known as varnishing - takes place in our paint chambers with the use of paint pumps. The color of the varnished door is selected in the NCS standard. Two types of surfaces are available - matt or semi-gloss. The doors are varnished with an emphasis on quality because they are primed twice before varnishing.

The quality of the door Apart from the quality of the outer coating, the door leaf structure is important in the door. The door must be rigid and strong. Our original design was inspired by the wing of the aircraft, which must have identical properties. Thanks to innovative solutions, we have obtained optimal weight and enormous durability.

Colors The most popular choice is the white varnished door. It is undoubtedly a classic. We can make any color from the NCS palette for orders from 5 pieces of internal doors.

Dimensions Taking advantage of small-scale production, doors can be ordered to size. However, it's best to stick to the standards. The maximum door height is 270 cm. Widths 70 cm, 80 cm, 90 cm. Heights of 202 cm, 240 cm, 270 cm.

Hinges The interior doors without a log and rebated doors are mounted on hidden hinges. Depending on the variant, we select hinges from the best producers

Frame We produce two types of door frames - with an adjustable trim and "hidden" aluminum hidden in the wall. Thanks to it, the door can be flush with the wall or with a wall panel. The solid and proven construction has been manufactured to support a door weighing more than 50 kg.
